Rowan Immersive Learning (RIL)
Directing Creative Content & Technical Development
Leading a cross-disciplinary studio of programmers, artists, and graduate researchers to build the future of education. We transform complex learning objectives into bespoke virtual reality experiences for university classrooms and K-12 outreach.
The Rowan Immersive Learning Creative Studio
At the heart of Rowan University’s immersive initiatives is a dedicated production team. I manage a diverse collective of developers, professional 3D artists, and graduate student researchers. This studio acts as the university’s creative engine, bridging the gap between instructional design and engine-level execution.
We specialize in creating original, narrative-driven immersive modules that solve specific educational and training challenges. By working directly with subject matter experts, we develop content that is currently being deployed to hundreds of students each semester
Operational Leadership : Dreamscape Learn Facilities
I oversee the strategic deployment and daily operations of Rowan’s immersive learning infrastructure. This involves managing high-capacity facilities designed for large-scale student throughput and consistent academic delivery.
Facility Management: Direct oversight of the Dreamscape Learn VR Classrooms and Free-Roam Pods, ensuring hardware uptime and software synchronization for over 300+ students per semester.
Strategic Resource Allocation: Managing the program budget and planning to ensure long-term sustainability and growth of immersive initiatives.
Scaling Delivery: Implementing the logistics required to move hundreds of students through concurrent immersive sessions, from scheduling to technical support.
